Should I take a −4 to bring in Saka?

Yes, if you keep him past GW8. Saka’s next five fixtures average 2.2 difficulty, and he gains your squad 7.8 xP over them. The −4 is paid back by GW8.

Good to know

Do I need to share my FPL password?
No. FPL Guru works only with your public FPL Team ID — we never ask for or store your Fantasy Premier League password. Your account stays entirely under your control.
How does FPL Guru make its recommendations?
Every suggestion is grounded in live Premier League data: expected points (xP), ICT, fixture difficulty (FDR), form, ownership % and price movements. FPL Guru then tunes each transfer, captain and chip call to your specific squad and bank.
Is FPL Guru free?
Yes. Create a free account — every account gets full access during the 2026/27 launch.
When did FPL Guru launch?
FPL Guru is live now for the 2026/27 Premier League season, which kicked off with Gameweek 1 on 21 August 2026. Create a free account to start using it today.
Can I use FPL Guru with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. FPL Guru connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex over MCP, so you can ask for transfer tips, captain picks and chip strategy from inside those tools. You need a free FPL Guru account — set it up on the Connect AI page.
What's the difference between the app and the games?
The app is your private FPL co-manager — analytics tuned to your team. The games — Banter, Bring Your Best, Who Played With? and Career Path — are public, free and anonymous daily football fun anyone can play. See the games →
