By using FPL Guru — the website at fplguru.com, our public football games, and our AI assistant integrations — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What FPL Guru is

FPL Guru is a Fantasy Premier League analytics and games service. Our website and public games are free to use; some features are paid — see "Paid features" below. We are not affiliated with the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game — we build tools and games around publicly available football data.

Your account

You can use much of FPL Guru without an account. If you create one, keep your login details safe — you're responsible for what happens under your account — and give us accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Don't cheat or manipulate our games, leaderboards, or share cards.
• Don't access anyone else's account or data without permission.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

AI-generated advice

Our transfer recommendations, captain picks, projections, and chat answers are generated by statistical models and AI. They are informational only — we don't guarantee accuracy or FPL results, and decisions you make with your team are your own.

Third-party services

FPL Guru reads publicly available data from the official FPL API, and you can connect FPL Guru to AI assistants through our MCP connector. Those third-party services have their own terms, which govern your use of them.

Paid features

Some features — such as certain tools and workflows available through our AI assistant integrations — require a paid subscription or an access grant, and your entitlement is checked when you use them. Self-service sign-up for paid plans isn't available yet: access is currently granted by us on request. When paid plans launch, their specific price, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented before you subscribe, and will apply alongside these terms.

Our content

The FPL Guru name, design, and the content we produce — analysis, projections, games, and share cards — belong to us. You're welcome to use and share them personally and non-commercially.

Disclaimers and liability

FPL Guru is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service — including decisions made on the back of our recommendations.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms — when we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
